A real estate holding company owned and operated by Martin P. Mariano since 1978 and serves Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Beverly A. Mariano, Secretary-Treasurer, manages a portfolio of over 500,000 square feet of commercial & residential leases.

Mariano Rentals has (4) full time technicians who perform all repair and maintenance of leased facilities. They offer a quick response for high importance issues, including HVAC and security. Our response times are within the hour or sooner. In addition, We offer on-call services.

Mariano Construction, Inc.

MCI provides electrical construction and design services to all Mariano affiliated companies. James J. Kofskie, Electrical Engineer & CEO, has 30+ years of electrical construction experience.
